I was starting up a business and needed long term tech help in home. Was told over the phone they had the perfect person. After 3 months, he ripped me off, had been a confidence man in my own home. He literally stole original artwork, etc. and wasted countless hours. When I contacted the owner, he said Michael had just quit and shrugged, really saying to me, 'tough luck'. Yet I had gone to an actual company so this kind of nightmare scenario would not happen. The owner left me twisting in the wind after I had spent a small fortune. And he let me know in no uncertain terms he could care less.

Oly, computer has been outstanding for me as a non tech, person. they came to my home, set up my computer, explained all the programs how they worked and have answered my follow up questions. Yes I would recommend Olympia computer.

I recently took my laptop in for a deep cleaning based on an intrusion to my system that I experienced. I thoroughly scanned my laptop prior to taking it in just to be safe. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, gave me a quote for what I explained to her was the problem. Before I even got home, I received a call from them saying that there were not viruses present on my laptop. The quote that I was given verbally was $50. They asked if they could remove a couple of apps, to which I said fine. Two days later when I picked up my system the invoice was $150. I asked why, and it was explained to me, however I did not approve the extra work. I paid the total amount. Olympia Computer has fine customer service, but their work, in my opinion, is expensive. Their headquarters in downtown Olympia may be the reason for their high prices. Large retail space. Oh well. Also, upon returning home and hooking up my laptop, I notice that there was no cleaning of the keyboard. I guess I would have expected that for the price I paid. According to their website, they have or service numerous locations around Olympia. I would give them a good recommendation, but the next time I may need computer service, I will likely look elsewhere. I hope that next service will not be required, as the other inquiries I made about this repair/maintenance, took those businesses 24-48 hours to respond.

Excellent computer repair shop. Had the PC fixed quick and notified me of all options before doing any repairs. Also came in under the original estimate which was a bonus. Very friendly people to deal with too!
