It honestly depends on what shift is working and who is working as to if the pizza will be good or not. A lot of times it’s undercooked and still has raw dough. They forget sauces. I was made to wait 45 mins one day while all the employees were behind the store smoking and carrying on. Like I said it depends on who is working that day as to if you get good pizza or not

Was a very sad visit! Went to the drivethru window where the sign stated hot and ready from 4 PM to 8 PM and we order the lady at the window then states we have nothing hot and ready! Well your false advertising then! We order and decided to wait, and she says it would be 10 mins, after waiting 20 mins we had to go in to get our food! Sad!

I was told I would need to wait 15 minutes for my food to cook that they did not have any pizzas ready. I got there a little after 9pm. I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza, Crazy Bread, and 8 wings. I was told 8 was the smallest order they had for wings. I tipped the lady $5 in drive thru and pulled around and parked, gladly waiting the 15 minutes so my food would be fresh. After about 10 minutes, I got the buzz that my food was ready. I go in and get it and go straight home. I live maybe 7 minutes away. I open everything, and I am short 3 wings which were cold. The Crazy Bread was not even done and COLD as well as the Pizza. After a long day at work and stopping by there for dinner and looking forward to a hot meal before getting to bed and getting rest for another long day tomorrow, I am deeply disappointed! Further more, I called the restaurant SEVERAL times back to back starting at 9:50pm until they closed at 10:00pm and no one would even answer the phone although there were several employees there. I would like a refund on my food and surely hope that I will be able to speak with someone tomorrow since I was not able to resolve the issue tonight!

Love this place I have been picking up pizza here for years! I will say I have had some issues when calling no one picking up the phone. The past few times I have ordered there has been no problems. My pizza comes out great! My child hood favorite!
