I loved Amazing Lash Studio! Gracie helped me at the front desk and she was wonderful! All the girls in the back were all so helpful too and I loved my lash experience and still love my lashes now. The girls went out of the their way to make sure I was comfortable. They even covered me with a blanket so I can nap while getting my lashes done. They were curtious and thoughtful. I will definitely be returning. Thank u ladies! For making me feel so welcomed.

Extremely unprofessional!! I have been wearing lashes for years and have them removed equally as long. Never have I ever been made to sit up leaning against a wall with my eyes closed for 10 minutes. Then led to the bathroom, with my eyes still closed to wash my own face off. I left with glue still left on my eyes, and completely soaked in water because obviously I can’t see what I’m doing. This is hands down the worst lash experience I have ever encountered!

I recently booked an appointment at this location to receive lash extensions 2 weeks ago. I was super excited as I’ve gotten my lashes done at Amazing Lash before in a different city and was very happy with the results. This time however, not so much. While the lashes were beautiful after the installation and the front desk staff/lash tech was very nice, the lashes did not last long and ended up falling out completely 48 hours after installation. I followed all care instructions, avoided getting them wet for the specified time, avoided any oil based products, and did not even leave my house after my visit for that period. It was a little concerning to me that they have completely fallen out in such a short period of time. I reached out to the company via email from the email provided on the site letting them know of the situation. I was not upset at all, I was just hoping to have someone respond back to me and acknowledge the situation I even offered to send a picture of the current state of my lashes . The support team let me know they would forward my email over to the manager of this location. I waited a few days and received no follow up, so I called the location and spoke to the front desk about the issue. The girl seemed confused basically suggesting it was “strange” that the lashes fell out. I explained this was not my first time getting my lashes installed and I have prior experience with lash extensions. I asked if there was some way I could speak to the manager as I was told my email was forwarded to them. She let me know she took my information down and would relay the message when the manager was in. I have yet to hear from a manger at all, I re-emailed the company again and was told my message would be forwarded to the director and manager of this location. It has now been another week and still no update, no response, not even a simple follow up! This is so frustrating as I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service/customer experience from a service a person is paying almost $100 for per visit. I would highly not recommend coming here, it was a waste of my money and my time.

Yes, but avoid oil-based or waterproof cosmetics. This will help your eyelash extensions last longer. Our lash studio has an Eyelash Foaming Cleanser and makeup designed to keep your lashes looking new and their best for longer.
Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Master and Senior stylists, our most accomplished lash artists, are also available. They are all dedicated to making your lashes look amazing.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.
Yes! We have many options for voluminous lashes. We offer our Amazing Volume Classic 3D, 6D, featherweight, and hybrid volume eyelash extensions. Our lash stylists will work with you to give you the perfect dramatic lash look.
To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.
Our lash lifts curl and elevate your natural lashes using a perming solution, and last about 4-6 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle. Our eyelash extensions are individual lashes attached to each of your natural lashes. If you are dreaming of a full and glamorous look, extensions are the best answer to take you above and beyond your natural lashes. If you’re looking for a more natural, enhanced look, lash lift is perfect. We have plenty of options to get you the exact look that you desire.
Amazing Lash Studio uses high quality, individual lashes for our eyelash extensions.
We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
