If I could provide a zero star review I would. Got my lashes done here many times. I'm a loyal Amazing Lash Studio member in another state, a former Chief Executive of the company who LOVES the brand and knows the standards inside and out. The Amazing Lash Studio Irvine does pretty work. However, most the time my lashes were different from my left eye to my right eye. I have had fallout within a day to two days of having my lashes done in the Irvine Amazing Lash Studios both owned by the same owners. They use unapproved glues, poor quality lashes and their staff complain about the turnover and expectations on them, so as exceptional as their customer service is at the front desk, they continue to see turnover and you will get poor service. I experienced excessive lash fallout after just one to two days at this studio so I switched to their other studio, Los Olivos Amazing Lash Studio. There I lost all but maybe 10% of my lashes on one eye in under two days. See the review there for photos that will SHOCK you. The business DID do a redo on my lashes once before at this location but they also fell out two days later and glued my natural lashes together. They WILL try to make it right but whatever you do, stay away from this business!!

Lash services: 3/5. I have very thin and short lashes so I was very particular about which stylist did my lashes. After a few rough sets, I spoke to the manager and they were able to comp a higher level lash stylist for my next set. I was happy with that and I enjoyed my next session. If you want lashes that will last you and look good, pay more if you can and get the master stylists/more experienced stylists. Business: 1/5. I have been a member for 2+ years now. From my understanding I was not going to get charged this month since I received an email last month that Amazing Lash Studio were not going to do business during COVID. To my surprise yesterday, my account was billed. Prior to this, I did not receive any notification that the studio had recently reopened. They will not give you a refund. Instead, they charge your account without you knowing. According to the worker I spoke with on the phone today, this money cannot be refunded, even if you cancel the membership, and will instead stay on file as a credit. I am upset that the business is greedy in keeping your money in anyway possible. I have frozen my account for 3 months and plan to cancel my account after that.

Love this place. They really are amazing. I always get excellent service. Friendly reminders for my appointments. And my stylist I almost don't want to share her name is pretty much the best! Okay, I'll share! Carina is my girl and she is awesome! Detailed, patient and a perfectionist she is really good at what she does. I have had so many compliments on my lashes. They look absolutely natural. My own kid thinks they are real! There is no need to wear mascara ever again. This is a look I've gotten used to and they pretty much have me as a customer for life. Impeccable work and excellent customer service I highly recommend getting your lashes done here.

Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Master and Senior stylists, our most accomplished lash artists, are also available. They are all dedicated to making your lashes look amazing.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.

To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.
Our lash lifts curl and elevate your natural lashes using a perming solution, and last about 4-6 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle. Our eyelash extensions are individual lashes attached to each of your natural lashes. We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
