When I went to the store to get my dog groomed when I had an appointment, the groomer said that I could get it done the next day because they were already grooming another customer. Next day I came back for my appointment they said that I didn’t have an appointment then I told them that the groomer told me to come here the next day and they put up this attitude so I asked for the manager’s phone number and gave me the store’s instead. I asked for a refund and refused to give me one. As a customer for this store for 4 years, I feel like It’s a whole different store then back then. I’m sad that the customer service here dropped.

Just shopped at the Irvine location, and remembered why I choose to drive farther to the NB store. Other than asking for my phone number and if I wanted a bag, the gals at the store did not ask/say anything else to me. The only reason why I went to that store was that the NB store ran out of a couple of items that I needed. Unless it's imperative I will not shop here.

New to the neighborhood and my buddy Phife was in need a good grooming. Came out looking handsome and happy after his visit. Wish I would have noted the groomers name as she was awesome!!! Happy with today's visit. Will definitely be bringing Phife back.
