We enjoyed our stay here but there are definitely pros and cons. Pros: Beautiful location and views. Some camp sites offer a bit more seclusion & natural elements than other parks. Large camp sites. In our site we were able to park an RV, full bed truck, car, pitch a 15' tent, 2 awnings and still have lots of space to move around and do stuff. Very clean. Lots to do and see in one location. 2 lighthouses. Pretty close to town. Easy beach, jetty, and lake access. Lots of trails & picnic areas. Easily viewable wildlife. Lots of deer, raccoons, frogs, eagles, birds, hermit crabs, fish, etc. Ample parking. Cons: The bathrooms! If you are staying be aware that the showers rarely have warm water and you have to press a button every 1-2 minutes to keep the water flowing. There are no changing tables in any of the bathrooms. The lights in the bathrooms constantly shut off on you. These 4 things made it very difficult camping with a 6 month old baby. Plus the 40 sites where we were at shared 4 showers 2 of which were broken and unusable... Mosquitoes!!!! OMG! I've dealt with mosquitoes while camping before... this was on a whole new level! It was like we were playing a live action version of whack a mole only with mosquitoes. The park has a lot of wetlands which leads to the massive amount of mosquitoes. Come prepared to battle! People not picking up after their dogs! While the park itself is extremely clean there are so many people who don't pick up their dog S*** it is unbelievable! WATCH YOUR STEP!!! Trash Pandas...Raccoons... We camp a ton and grew up in the country so we are used to having to get rid of or bring our trash in at night. Here even during the day you have to have a constant eye on your trash and food. Mid day I stepped into our tent to change our baby (no changing tables anywhere in the park) 3 feet away from our food and my boyfriend was setting up our fishing poles by our car about 15 feet away and a raccoon got into our lunch. You even need to bring in closed drinks (sodas, bottled water, etc). No food/trash items are safe at any time, you can't step away from it at all!

Even though we couldn't find a power and water site, we still had a short walk to the beach. And claming was a success!!

No cabins in A. I think E or f
Yes
Inside the park there is no signal per se. You can at different times of the day while on the beach or in the wooded area get a 1-2 bar signal that will down load your messages or email. There is not constant signal anywhere in the park, but at the small store in from of the park thee is enough of a signal to communicate. No streaming anywhere. Many people go down by the store when they need to check email messages.
Depends on what you consider walking distance. Count on at least 45 minutes walking.
