Jack Frost

This is a small US Post Office in Montebello that offers all the services made possible by the USPS. It is open Monday through Friday until 4:30 pm. They close right on the dot. You can drop off letters, packages, rent a postal box, buy greeting cards, gift cards, and obviously buy stamps. The front desk postal workers are always friendly and very helpful. But please be patient when you decide to come here. They usually have one cashier servicing customers.

Small Post Office. Staff very polite, but understaffed. Most times very, very, very busy, and one counter open. There is waiting, not a place if you are on your lunch break,or in a hurry. Lots of parking, but lots of other businesses on same lot. Always full.You will be going around, and waiting and waiting for a parking space.

The staff is courteous, patient and very helpful. Depending on the time of day there may be or may not be a line I guess like any post office but the staff is helpful. There may be some inpatient people in line and I'm sure they are the ones who complain but the staff has always been patient and courteous to them. All and all I drive out of my way to go that post office.

Post office continues to skip delivery and sends a notice saying the business was closed at time of delivery... The business where I am Does NOT close! Post office is too lazy to go through the correct door and instead leaves. I have never experience such postal service! By the way, this is not the first time nor second, nor third time this happens.
