Went on Monday excellent customer service from the employee. This is my go to UPS store from now on. Helpful and fast in and out.

Utter incompetence. The business itself updated their hours on Google 3 weeks ago. I got 20 minutes before closing time to simply pick up a package that was redirected there. Closed and locked, door wouldn’t budge. Hours on the door says closes at 5pm.

Undependable. Don't bother. The info on business hours is not adhered to. This is a storage facility with a li'l UPS on the side, not a full UPS store anyway. Worker or whatever (even if it's the owner it's unprofessional) had kids running around behind the desk once. Another time no receipt because there's no printing paper/stickers? No accountability to corporate office I guess. Maybe it's a franchise? Gracias por nada.

Says they close at 6 pm arrived at 5:28 and it was a ghost town. Had to drive to ups on Beverly. Update: just tried this location again and the guy said he can’t print labels and sent me to an actual UPS location. Don’t waste your time or money coming here
