Very happy with the safety measures put in place to protect against covid. Social distancing is reinforced, capacity limited are set and followed. I felt safe and the space was clean. Employees were not very enthusiastic but I get it, I work retail too and this pandemic on top of customers is sometimes just too much so overall they were kind enough.

My kids love it. But they can take there time with stuffing the bear. Wasn't really ready to spend and hour in line. But it was a nice experience for my daughters.

Yes! Certainly they will be open an hour early to accommodate as many people as possible that day. You must be a bear bonus club member to qualify. You can do that at register. And only 1 animal per child per transaction
Only a small number of customers were let into the store at one time. Customers had to wear masks and stand in designated area while baby was being stuffed.
The mall is closed there for it's not
Build a Bear must have accessory for their reindeer sale.
