If I could give this useless business the honor of receiving zeros stars I would, because they sure deserve it. We drove 8 hours to be told we didn't have an appointment, though we did, then they switched the story stating that the dress wont be available till 3:00 in the afternoon. When we return at the time the employee had given us the first employee that had original helped us and told us we had no appointment proceeded to tell my family “Oh hello do you have an appointment”? Keep in mind we have just spoken to this EXACT lady. She proceeds to say shes never seen us and never helped us before. After a dispute another lady walks over and doesn't address the matter at hand simply tells us to return at 4 and that they will have it, they will have it. After the whole situation we asked for the store owners Name and contact information. They proceeded to tell us they wont answer on weekends. Within this encounter we had two male employees proceed to also walk up to us and tell us the same info in a very rude and disrespectful manner one of which refused to also give any info out on the store manager/owner. After the encounter I called the number which they said to call, after a few rings in, the STORE PHONE rings and one of the employees quickly attempts to hide the fact that they had just picked up and answered me. A few minutes pass and we come to find out the the store owner/manager is the lady who played stupid and pretended to have never seen us before and had stated the owner is not available and is a male. Not only did we receive this news thanks to a genuine business next door, they also stated that the employees of this establishment have fought with customers [physically] and there have been MULTIPLE incidents where the police have to arrive and shut things down due to the same issues we encountered having been others experiences as well. All and all Id say this is by far the worst business to be standing let alone be called a business. Ive seen lemonade stands run more efficient by children than the “adults” in this “store”. Nothing but clowns missing the makeup and nose.

Go get your dress somewhere else! So disappointed I ordered my daughter’s dress in this place since we live far. They told us to come in a few weeks and to call to scheduled an appointment. They don’t answer and one day I traveled 6 hours to pick up the dress for them to tell me they won’t give it to me with no appointment. Fine…. I’ve been calling since then to get an appointment and they just keep avoiding or giving excuses. My daughters Quince is in a few weeks I don’t have time for this. Go get your dress somewhere else!

I too had a very bad experience!! When it came to pick up our package they rescheduled my appointment 3 times. Appointments are only Monday thru Friday, I got very upset since I cannot do weekdays, when I asked for a refund then they offered Sunday afternoon. After 2 months we finally got my daughters package and it was not even the color I wanted so I took the shade they gave us. They don't give money back, once u ask for it then they sweet talk you. They do not answer the phone. Make sure u take a picture of the product u want otherwise they'll give u what they want. Also write down names of who helps you otherwise good luck getting anywhere with them. Never going there again.

I do not recommend this place very rude people working we paid our dress in July of 2020 and we still haven't received it and we are now in March 2021 we had to postpone the party once due to covid the 2nd time due to there negligence I really do not recommend this and restroom is disgusting and they want to charge 2 dollars to use 0 stars

I had the same situation happen this place is a joke! However they refunded my money as they breached the contract !
the same things happen to me I will join you to fail against them because if they breach the contract we can do something
probably they blocked you ... they probably blocked you just like me ... I'm taking the time to write to each of these reviews to report them to consumer protection bodies in the USA, it seems that I have not been the only one scammed
