I had a wonderful experience at Cocomelody with Albert! I'd recommend them to anyone! The quality of the dresses are beautiful, especially considering the affordable prices. Albert made sure I got all the dresses I wanted to try on even as I changed my mind on shapes, fabrics and colors throughout. He was very reassuring knowing that the dress is a big decision but reminded me not as big of a decision as deciding to marry someone, lol. He helped me not feel self-conscious (something I felt at other stores) about sizing, etc. He made suggestions but they were all within my budget and I didn't feel he tried to upsell me on anything that I wasn't interested in. He took pictures of me in the dresses so I could see it on camera. Given my wedding is coming up, he also went above and beyond to make sure that I understood the production timeline and its impact on alterations, etc. so I'm not stressed out before my big day. Great shopping experience!

I had an appointment and basically missed my appointment (due to my poor planning and forgot how bad LA traffic is.) I expected them to turn me away which I would of understood cause it was my fault. But they still took me anyways and said they would help me as much as they could while they assisted the other appointments, which I am so grateful for. Tyler ended up helping us and he was super helpful and friendly, felt like I had another friend to help me decide. Didn't feel pressured at all to buy a dress like other places I had been to. Overall a great experience and I found my wedding dress here that I love. Thank you guys again!

Abigail was my consultant for the day and I couldn't have asked for anyone better! I drove for 5 hrs to come to the shop and shopped for dresses alone and she felt like shopping with a friend. She gave me her honest opinions on the dresses I tried on and together we found the one! she took tons of pictures and videos for me to share with my family. At the end, she didn't even pressure me to buy the dress on the spot. She wrote down the model numbers and sizes and told me to call her whenever I'm ready to order. I love this place!

I can not say enough good things about my experience!!!!! From start to finish it was perfection. Calling to schedule my appointment was easy and the person who I spoke to was just as excited as I was to make the appointment. With the location being right in the middle of a very busy city I was nervous about finding parking but there is a parking structure that charged $10 right next to it. The store itself is beautiful and every employee I came across was very nice. My stylist Jade was unbelievably sweet! She made me feel so special and really listened to what I wanted. After I said yes to the dress, I shared a special moment with my mom and sister, we all cried including Jade! To top it all off the price was such a great deal! We went on Black Friday not knowing there would be any kind of deals and it was under $1000. Also being plus size I was worried about what options I was have to try on, and there was not any dress that I wanted to try on that they did not have available for me. Definitely recommend trying this place! They have so many styles to choose from, affordable prices and a great staff!
