Johnnie was so helpful in answering all my questions. He was very nice and patient. Im surprise he was so nice to give me a price for 5 dresses!…other places don’t even want to bother. I will make a trip to the store to find my dress!! I will add to my review after I purchase and pick up my dress!

For my wedding gown, I tried at many high-end designers but I didn’t find them comfortable or complex enough, or made with the right fabric, and they were super expensive. As I headed to downtown to look for decoration items, I walked by the bridal district and had a look at the stores. Modern Bridal simply stood out. The quality of the fabric, the detail of the dresses, the great advice from the staff… everything was easy and perfect. I went back 3-4 times for my dress before I actually bought it and the staff was so patient with me… Johnny is amazing, he understood me right away. I received my dress this week, a month after I ordered it. Can’t wait to wear this gorgeous one on my special day! Thank you to Modern Bride for making this dress journey so pleasant!

If I could give it no stars I would. I was very disappointed with the customer service we received. The first appointment was great, the ladies in the back were so helpful. The day of pick up and after we made the final payment, they took us to the tailor place to try the dress on there because they were too busy it was so uncomfortable there no space to try it on and the floor was dirty. When we returned to the boutique to choose the veil the owner Jonny was very rude and tried charging us separate for, the veil was supposed to be included in the price. He began ranting that we just wanted things for free just like all the other brides and that he didn't need our money that he was well off which we never even mentioned. Horrible pick-up experience very rude owner I wouldn't recommend him!!

I visited Modern Bride last week with my mother, grandmother, mother of my groom, and sister to try on wedding gowns. After my experience, I would 100% recommend this shop to any brides who are looking for a beautiful gown with the "wow" factor. Johnnie and the staff were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. I shared photos of dresses that I liked, and they helped me select the perfect one. There were tears of joy all around from me and my family. I can't wait to wear my dress on my wedding!
