She made it easy when it came to answering all my questions, with a great Spirit and a Professional demeanor. Most helpful/nice person I have encountered in this department and for that she deserves the recognition!

Do the phone operators have to be so rude? Calling to get some info results in being talked down to for no reason. No reason to treat people that way
