Clerk kheredia1 at the records and exhibit room 218 had the worst attitude and it's only 10:54 am. I can't imagine her attitude by 2 or 3 pm. I feel sorry for her if she is not happy she should move and find a job that makes her happy. Because we don't deserve to be threaded with her horrible attitude and truly bad customer service.

Called to ask about my debt, I submitted a form in the past to try and negotiate said debt and it was denied. So I asked the lady what would happen if I re-applied after a few months had passed and she stated that it would for sure be denied. I then asked what about my new information? Does that not matter? To which she replies, "You can try." I respond with, You seemed really confident that I would be denied, should I really try? or will I just get denied again? I guess she took it personally and with an aggressive and hostile tone told me "I don't understand why you are looking to argue, you can submit the form or not!" I told her to have a nice day and she hung up on me. What terrible customer service.

The Commerce Clause in the Constitution grants and limits regulation by Congress. Unless you’re specifically running a business where you make money using public roads with a commercial vehicle (logistics, delivery, Uber, Lyft), you’re exempt from the California Vehicle Code. If you’re using your personal car for travel, then you shouldn’t even be pulled over (or, in my case photographed.) But they send out a citation without checking for a USDOT number. Especially if you’ve been photographed by RedFlex, take the following steps forward. All complaints of government misconduct should be directed to the Attorney General, Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigations. Search the web for these agencies and file a report. An automated enforcement system can only be ran by a government agency in cooperation with a law enforcement agency; no for-profit, stock owned, private companies; which adequately defines RedFlex. Our City Council, Police and Courts rely on our complacency and the common belief that they are the end result when, in fact, the Federal Government oversees and regulates what the states do. Federal authority is final; not State!

Like alot of people I felt unherd . I felt like I was judged by how I look. I put all my faith in the vc courts in my family court case. The judge cared. He made ruling based on facts. And was very fair in how he conducted his courtroom. He shared wisdom during his ruling that i will forever remember and apply to my life. I never thought I would be leaving a review for a courthouse. But today my life changed and if anyone out there is worried they won't be herd like I was. I hope you know this won't be the case. Be calm. Be honest. Talk slow so the court reporter can type and you will be good. They are the best court I ever dealt with. I hope to never go back there again.

Wow you need to hire an attorney out of the county of Ventura
Not a court issue. You need the County Clerk's office.
You can get copies of Ventura County records in room 218.
I don't understand what you are asking. If you need to know your court day check with the county clerk office in the courthouse building.
If the Dissolution was filed in Ventura County, then it will be at this courthouse location. You'll need to go to the records department. Presently, you'll need to make an appointment. You can visit the Court's website to schedule the appointment. Be sure to include the case number in your appointment information so the file can be made available to you. Really old cases are stored in the basement or off sight and need to be brought up to records. They need about 24 hours to do that.
Contact the court....but I have seen zoom cases but it's always a lawyer.....or an inmate....since the court is open....I would call.....Happy Holidays.....✌️
You have to get an appointment for everything now.
You have to go online to make an appointment.
