Cant stand the fact that you have taken out all the regular registers bc you wouldn't hire cashiers but now you have a cashier at the end of every row of self check out to make sure I do their job correctly and dont accidentally miss something so that they can then accuse me of shoplifting. This company needs to do better. If you can have 6 to 8 ppl watch us scan our own stuff to make sure we arent stealing then you can put the registers back and allow your employees to do their job as a cashier

I have never seen a worker berated by management while I was in line to check out before but wow how completely unprofessional of whoever this manager was and the after she berated the worker she had to gall to say oh I'm doing this to everyone while staring at me while I was checking out. Absolutely horrible what is wrong with your managers to do this!! I'll be returning most of my purchases tomorrow as well.

Store is a mess. I know they're remodeling but it's been long enough they should be done. Wife picked up some shoes priced around $16 on the shelf but scanned around $20. When she told the cashier they didn't scan the shelf price the cashier said everything is messed up and they won't let them do price adjustments. Just price it if you're not going to change if it scans wrong. Cut out the scanners.

Walmart in Trion socks. Went to exchange a mop my daughter bought because it didn't have a handle in the box. Website said they had plenty in stock but when I got there they didn't have the first one. So I got a handle they had hanging up just like the one that was suppose to be in the box carried it up front to customer service and was told they couldn't let me have it . They said I would have to purchase it. Needless to say what I told them. So I just got a refund and left. Drove 30 miles for nothing.
