Perhaps you could try to call a specific department, such as the pharmacy or lawn and garden, and ask whoever answers there to connect you with the department you are trying to reach.
Sometimes it takes a long long time to get someone to answer. Just wait maybe 30 minutes and call back. There's usually only one operator who answers the phone and that phone is usually in the fitting room area. That never made much sense to me. It should be someone up front in customer service.
