Location is short handed and is hard pressed to maintain a steady flow of customers. The lobby is supposed to close at 9pm, but on many occasions it's locked well before. They're giving their best, but expect a wait in the drive thru.

Sat in the drive thru over 20 mins because the inside was already closed. Ordered at 11:07 (closes at 12am) asked for an all dark 8pc family meal and the response I got was “I ain’t gone have enough for all that” lol um okay so I opted to get mixed instead. Literally looking at what seems like a group of nothing but high school boys running the place while the line continued to back up.

I have had so many issues with this location if it's not the kids they have running the place who don't pay attention it's the managers in there doing more talking and laughing than managing. I ordered from uber eats a few times and my order was wrong on those occasions . Someone needs to shut that location down so they can get proper training because it's horrible. Greasy Chicken and unprofessional staff.

The pretty chocolate girl who’s always at the front register inside is always working hard. She’s quick on her feet but never forgets anything. I wish I knew her name. But the food is always great at this Popeyes overall
