Ordered the Big Ham and Cheese combo to go. Once in my car I noticed that the sandwich had a lot less ham than the ones I've ordered in the past. The cheese was also not completely melted and almost cold. I went to the counter and politely voiced my concerns and was told by the server "Well we made it fresh". I asked if they could at least warm up the sandwich and all they repeated to me was "We made it fresh". So no go on having a hot sandwich. Very disappointed. The staff didn't even seem to care that I wasn't satisfied.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through for this. I love Hardee’s breakfast. Hardee’s have the best biscuits for breakfast but for some reason they decided to give us old sausage and biscuits this morning. One bite and that was it. I need a refund and can’t get anyone on the phone. Traveling so we didn’t turn around but the phone number isn’t working.

This wasn't a good experience however, it definitely was a memorable unforgettable experience. I won't revisit this franchise in the future but in fairness the temperature of the food was acceptable. It's the other expectations not mentioned that definitely need improvements, as my star rating shows. ⭐️⭐️

Burgers were great! Did not get all my fries for my order. Would've been a complete meal with all my fries for both meals.
