Decided to try this place out after the new remodel. All I ordered was a Number 1 Single with mayonnaise and pickles and NO CHEESE. Here is what I received. One single with cheese, onions and mayonnaise. Pathetic. Folks, you have got to check your bag out first before you drive off. Don't even know how to follow instructions, pretty sad.

They told me that they don't sell the Bacon Double Stack, even though it's on the menu, but sold me a Double Stack with an additional charge for the bacon, which they then left off. They're either incompetent or running a scam. I couldn't go back through the drive through to correct it because I didn't have another 45 minutes to wait.

Bad customer service at the drive-through. I was line for over 30 minutes they messed up my order then caught an attitude with me when I told her the correct order. And this is why people goes to Chick-fil-A . All this over a egg biscuit meal with a orange juice in a couldn’t get that right. And they did not even offer me a refund. She said we don't have them crispy onions after getting partially my burger. I said so why did you allow me to order a burger with crispy onions and not tell me your out of the onions after waiting in line 25 minutes. She said obviously we do t have the crispy onions. I'm like well why didn't you tell me she said we didn't know. Um hello how do you not know at beginning of your shift your to come early and look at the items see what you have and don't abs during your shift if out manager is to know and management responsibility is to tell all workers so all customers are satisfied. It's your job to know and share with customers. I'm livid. Now eating a cold burger too.was charged for a burger I didn't get. I should get refund and meal on them.
