were no other options available. The non smoking room smelled horribly of cigarettes. There was a cigarette burn on the comforter. The carpet was disgusting, I wouldn't step on the floor bare-footed. The carpet had a sticky feel. There was dried green mucous on the shower curtain. The faucet area in the shower was falling off. Any repairs that had been attempted, were done very poorly. There was an access area in the roof of our shower that looked ready to fall. I'm relieved we only were in the room for about 8 hours total to shower and sleep. The only good was that all the staff were very pleasant and friendly, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great.

We were coming in late so I checked in through the app and was supposed to have room keys waiting.. Nope... checking in through the app did nothing.. still had to do the same thing ID, credit card and sign paperwork.. Immediately walking in stale smell of old dirty feet. Definitely in need of a serious deep clean. Got on the elevator to our room and noticed right away the elevator was nearly a year pasted it's annual inspection date.. last inspection August 2020 expired August 2021. Room was in obvious need of a deep clean. Obvious mold in the AC unit with smell of mold. Obviously a herd of elephants were staying on the third floor because you could hear every step they took. Beds were comfortable but came with the smallest pillows ever. The accent pillow for the chair was larger than the actual pillow on the bed. Breakfast was ok. Especially after new waffle batter was made and fresh juice was placed in the machine. But you are unable to take food from breakfast to your room per management.. This is obviously a popular location to stay for enjoying a late night out. Again late night noise entering and leaving the hotel. Very disappointed with this supposedly affiliated with Wyndham hotels. Not a good representation.

The room was nice but a major factor in booking here was the indoor pool. This hotel doesn't have a pool at all. It was filled in at some point and the room made into a large lobby . Still listing it as having a indoor pool is false advertising . This should be removed.

I've stayed alot of places and this is a good place to stay. Breakfast was ok the cleaning ladies do start early though. But like all good places there are some cons as well. A few of my towels were a little on the dirty looking side and my shower curtains could use replacement. All and all I'd still stay here again it's close to all the food places so that I liked
