Ordered delivery on Saturday 4/23/22. After 30 minutes I noticed the tracker saying It was still be prepared. I was only 0.7 miles away at a hotel so I decided to go pick it up. When I got there, there were 2 inside workers that were doing their best, but it was very busy. They were in good spirits and doing what they could to fulfill all orders. I told them I wanted to just change it to carry out and they changed it and made it quickly after that. There is not much anyone can do if people don’t want to work and help out at the store. There was also a delivery driver inside helping as well. My food was well made and tasted great when I got it. I tipped the 3 of them $10 each because they were doing their best given the circumstances.

If I could give it negative stars I would. I ordered a pizza on this past Saturday and an hour later I finally received a text that stated it was on the way to be delivered. 20 minutes later, no pizza and so I called the local branch and was told the driver was on his way with it. I asked to speak to a manager and she nonchalantly said, "Were short on drivers so it is what it is." I explained this my not my issue and that I should have never received a text stating it was on its way. The manager began to talk over me and hung up in my face. 45 minutes later there at my gate, but was not allowed in as now I don't trust you didn't do something to my pizza and I had to order from another pizza place after they took so long. I will be calling corporate to make a formal complaint!

(Sigh) I don’t normally write poor reviews, especially these days considering the pandemic and it’s effects in peoples lives, but I felt I must in this situation to warn others of the experience I had at this Dominoes. I ordered two pizzas right after 7pm for delivery. I tracked the order throughout the process and was initially impressed at the speed of the order being made and cooked. However, once my order hit the quality assurance step right before delivery, it stayed that way for over an hour. I couldn’t wait any longer and went to get the pizza myself. I did not call because of the numerous other reviews warning that they did not pick up the phone. I drove to the store which took me about 15 min and my order was just sitting there on the rack with about 4-6 other pizza boxes. A lady approached after I asked an employee about my order, there were only two of them that I could see, and I was respectful and didn’t shout or insult either of them. As she approached a phone started ringing and she didn’t even seem to react to it, I told her I was here to pick up my order, gave her my details and she handed it to me without an issue. She never did pick up the phone. IF you decide to order from this Dominoes, the only reliable way to get your pizza fresh would be to choose carryout through their app or online since they cannot seem to be bothered to do it over the phone or deliver it in a timely manner. Despite no obvious signs of a rush or back log of orders. As for me, I will not be ordering from this store anymore. This was my first and last time ordering here as other pizza franchises, even Little Caesar’s, gets the order to me in a timely manner.
