I was there a a baby shower. I believe the occupancy capacity was 136. It was enough space to have serving tables, dessert tables, a gift table, head table and maybe 10 card tables with 4 chairs to a table. A kitchen area is separate. It was clean and I had a great time.

Not sure about credit score requirements, but there is an income requirement and background and credit check. Its definitely a good thing, its how rhey keep the bullcrap out.
