The requirements to live at Ginger Ridge Apartments are that applicants must be at their current place of employment for at least one (1) year, have no bankruptcy, foreclosures, and repossessions, and must be able to pass a credit and criminal background screening. Anyone applying for one-bedroom apartments at Ginger Ridge must make a minimum of $22,500 a year. For two-bedroom apartments, you must make a minimum of $26,856 a year. For three-bedroom apartments, you must make a minimum of $30,756 a year. For our market units, there is not an income cap. Must be on current job 1 year or more Depending on bedroom size they are applying for, there is a minimum income limit. For any tax credit unit, there is a maximum income limit depending on the number of people living in the unit and the unit type.

We run background screening, in accordance with the property’s tenant selection plan, and adhering to HUD’s disparate impact rule.
