Suoer unprofessional!!! I called 6 times and left messages because no one answers the phone interacted with the online agent and she kept saying call the office. I WENT UP TO THE OFFICE TO SEE IF I COULD SCHEDULE A TOUR AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE ARE NO MODEL HOMES...LOOK ONLINE 👀.Then I was told that they are fully leased even though the website said they had units that woud be available in Sept...the lady at the office said it's not accurate...the web is definatley behind....what kind of GHETTO FOOLISHNESS was that!? Im glad they were full...I might have accidentally lived there...would have been a mistake!!! Do better Ginger Ridge!!!

I am disappointed trying to move Asap and find a nice place for me and my son. I’ve contacted this property over 10 different times with no response I keep getting the voicemail. I was sent a automatic email saying someone would get in contact with me but no reply or calls.I spoke with someone once a while back in the office she just said it’s not Any 2 bedrooms Available she told me call me back at the end of the month. I’ve been calling and calling still no luck. I see online it’s a waiting list I would love to be added to it. She never even told me she be more than happy to add me to the waiting list after me expressing to her how I really need to find a nice affordable place for me and my son. I just wish someone would at least talk to me and please assist me with getting on the waiting list.

The requirements to live at Ginger Ridge Apartments are that applicants must be at their current place of employment for at least one (1) year, have no bankruptcy, foreclosures, and repossessions, and must be able to pass a credit and criminal background screening. Anyone applying for one-bedroom apartments at Ginger Ridge must make a minimum of $22,500 a year. For two-bedroom apartments, you must make a minimum of $26,856 a year. For three-bedroom apartments, you must make a minimum of $30,756 a year. For our market units, there is not an income cap. For our affordable unit’s income requirements, please call our leasing office at (866) 668-2519. Our team is available to answer any questions you may have.

Must be on current job 1 year or more Depending on bedroom size they are applying for, there is a minimum income limit. For any tax credit unit, there is a maximum income limit depending on the number of people living in the unit and the unit type.
We run background screening, in accordance with the property’s tenant selection plan, and adhering to HUD’s disparate impact rule.
