The requirements to live at Ginger Ridge Apartments are that applicants must be at their current place of employment for at least one (1) year, have no bankruptcy, foreclosures, and repossessions, and must be able to pass a credit and criminal background screening. Anyone applying for one-bedroom apartments at Ginger Ridge must make a minimum of $22,500 a year. For two-bedroom apartments, you must make a minimum of $26,856 a year. For three-bedroom apartments, you must make a minimum of $30,756 a year. For our market units, there is not an income cap.
