Good food. Always a long line on Saturday and Sunday mornings as expected. Worth the wait if your tired of waffle house. Plenty of fully stocked gifts to purchase. Definitely worth stopping in. Pancakes highly recommended. Clean restrooms.

The food was definitely the saving grace of this trip. Unfortunately our server was terrible. I payed close attention she was in a 4 table section she was not double sat nor was she struggling due to staffing. Unfortunately the service industry might not be for her. We were sat as soon as we came(which we were expecting to wait) so that was a pleasant surprise. Our server did not come to greet us. Unfortunately I had to stop her at another table to ask if we had a server and she said she was ours but did not see us sit down. She had greeted us, so maybe she just forgot to come back and get our drink order? There was three people in our party two adults and one child she brought out each drink one at a time and then periodically disappeared into the back after stopping her to tell her we were ready to place an order she was very confused with the orders in which we were placing. She also had two stars on her server outfit so I do know that she had been there long enough to know what was going on. we made no changes or substitutions no special allergies or food request. Although just simply placing our order was a very challenging task. We watched several tables come and go as we were sitting I even got up and took my child to the shopping area and played for almost 17 minutes and our food was still not there as we were leaving another server brought out our food after we had waited a total it's 39 minutes from the moment we originally placed our drink order That's not including the time that it took me to find our server and the time that it took her to bring each drink back one at a time or the time that it took me when I had to track her down to place the order. Our order was brought out by another server the food was wonderful but unfortunately anything that we had asked for including silverware are server could not make it back to the table with any items we had asked for. Which included silverware straws napkins and ketchup. I actually ended up going into the server station near the kitchen so that my child could eat. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location but as stated the food was delicious

The difference between a good restaurant that's busy and a bad restaurant that's busy is there ability to communicate with the patrons. We were told it would be a 30-minute wait for seating...of course not. Nevertheless, we finally got seated and you don't give a bad review to a busy restaurant unless you are ignored. Don't blame your server, unless you are ignored. Blame the ccoks, but understand they are busy and moving as fast as they can. So don't destroy a busy restaurant with a bad review unless the manager is dismissive. Our manager who came to our rescue from a would be horrible experience was great! He affirmed and reaffirmed our presence and he filled in the gaps for what we were lacking. A good restaurant is a team effort but an outstanding manager who is aware of the state of his or her store, staff and the community they serve makes a restaurant GREAT!!

I was driving back to NC from Texas and decided to stop at this location to avoid the usual Atlanta traffic. Food was cooked perfectly and not over salted. Also, the employees were very friendly and attentive. My cup of sweet tea never got below half full. If you're traveling I-20 and want to stop for a quick bite this Cracker Barrel is right off the highway for an easy off-easy on meal. Highly recommend

Yes, the general store that you enter before walking into the restaurant has it for sale with a number of other products that the restaurant prepares. I have found the mix to be very similar to the pancakes I enjoy in the store. I hope you do too!
