I ordered the $5 deal. As the drive thru person was handing me my coke, the lid wasn't on and the drink was spilling all over his hand. He proceeded to put the lid on it and give it to me (with leakly coke). I refused it. He threw it in the trash and made another one. Yea!!! Then, of course when I got home, 10 minutes or less away, the bread for the burger was stale!!!! More than likely just laying around waiting to be placed on any burger! Horrible service and food!!! I don't normally eat Burger King but my little one wanted something to eat and it was convenient! Burger King at I-20 and Thornton Rd! Thumbs 👇!!!!!

I ordered the Texas double Whopper meal, but ended up getting something entirely different.. a double Whopper with jalapenos (yuck) no bacon was added at all. I'm always told that the receipt machine is down. How do you not know how to make a sandwich that you are actively advertising at the drive-thru?

I pulled Up at 10pm and the store say it close at 11:00pm so when I got There it was close and cones in the drive thru so they won’t take anymore orders.. Closing early and will be calling corporate on this location because I can never get the chance to order at night.. Who ever is the night shift managers needs to be fired ASAP just lazy

There never have the basics every time I go there. I have drive to the other side of town if I want burger King because this one is badly run. They may not whoppers or fries or drinks or most of the list at the same time. (Takes Breath) Don't waste your time here.
