Bad customer service. They don’t greet, say hello or anything. 4 ppl at work, all of them in the back playing around. One walks out giggling and still doesn’t speak. I saw no one wash their hands and the girl fixing my sandwich had hair all over the place. Do not even bother going in here!

Ordered this cubano and it was missing key ingredients. The universe must have known it was my cheat meal. Called them to let them know my order was wrong, they told me “thats the way it comes”. Mmmmmkay. If I would have read the reviews I would have known not to order here.

This is the second time that I have been to this Jimmy John's and they do not have bread. What kind of sandwhich place is out of bread. The first time they said they had none. Today its no wheat bread and 25min for the other bread. Pitiful for a sandwhich place to not have bread and then to not have bread ready. I wont waste my time again driving here.
