Honestly this placed has helped me so much. As long as you show them you're trying to better your life they will work with you. Maintenance ALWAYS takes care of what they need to as well. And, your place is also your responsibility to make sure it's not infested and clean. I've never had this problem. Thank you Anna and Deb

I grew up around Lock Haven. Never lived in the gardens but everyone knows that it's infested with drug addicts. Definitely not a place you want your children raised up. Most of the people are just party animals. Some people do their best and have no choice but to get a place there. And I feel bad for them. No one should have to raise a child under those circumstances. Also the people who take care of the place does not care about you at all. They do not care of you have bed bugs. Honest opinion from someone who knows about the gardens from growing up around the area and seeing the inside of the rooms .

Do not rent from the gardens they have bed bugs the one lady name ann is mean They do not know how to take care of their property they tell you who and who can't visit you they assume you have pets when you don't they assume people move in with you when they don't they just come a visit you but yet it's OK for them to just walk into your house which it is not I've lived in housing and other places like this and it's not OK they don't call and exterminator when you need one they don't care for kids get bid up by bed bugs or adults then I try to blame it on a dog that you don't even have so if I was you guys I would not rent from them
