I contacted them this morning and I was directed to the call center. They set up a reservation and I went by this evening to check it out. Very efficient, very competent and friendly. Manager Rodney handled the transaction professionally with a positive attitude.

My rent just MORE THAN DOUBLED this month. After being here for a year and a half and always current they increased my rent from $23 to $58! How on earth that seems reasonable to anyone is beyond me. The same unit is also advertized for $36 online.... Yet because I have been a loyal customer and they assume im locked in.... I get totally worked over???? Ill be moving out ASAP. Thanks guys for the peace of mind.
