This review is for Victor and his team who arrived today for phase 1 (multiple phases) of my Attic Project job to include debris/insulation removal, sanitization, and radiant barrier installation. They were very professional throughout the day, always explained what was happening, and offered me to go up in the attic to take a look. From the prep work of protecting my home surfaces, to the attic work, Victor and the team’s work ethic showed with their superb work. Definitely would recommend them! Victor, Brandon, and Kevin did a fantastic job cleaning and taking out insulation and sanitizing my attic. They also patched a ton of holes to prevent rats getting back in. They were courteous and hard working and I was very pleased with the results. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Prompt & Professional. The Office & Project Manager JP got our estimate scheduled very efficiently, and communicated well. The crew: Joey, Gabe, & Jake were courteous & professional, showed up on time and did a great job! I was updated throughout the two day project, and had the opportunity to address any concerns before they were finished. The attic needed major debris and junk removal as well as sanitizing, rodent proofing, and new insulation. I'm so happy with the end result, it looks fantastic. JP provided a very thorough and comprehensive estimate and made scheduling easy. Victor, Danny, Nick, and the crew worked 11 hour days to remove insulation, sanitize, and add in insulation. Great attitude, communication, thorough job. You could have moved in after their work was done. Super clean and professional. Very impressed!

Only an inspection of your attics and crawl spaces can truly tell you what's your needs are. Throughout time a lot of unforeseen things happen in these spaces. Rodents, birds, water damage, broken ducts, mold issues, just people doing working these spaces can disrupt the system and make it ineffective. Proper ventilation is also another Factor. With almost 20 years in the field and an employee at Attic Projects I can say there is never a bad time to get your attic, crawl space, and perimeter of your home inspected. Especially if your home is older or it has been some time since you visited these areas of you're home. And yes there are many dangers to trying this yourself. The most common occurring residential attic fires are due to an electrical malfunction or the heating system in your home. A dirty attic with lint and dust is more likely to catch on fire in the case these systems have an issue. If you have not got your attic cleaned in 2 or more years or never, we recommend hiring a professional attic cleaning company like Attic Projects and we will remove any unwanted debris, identify potential risks, and make any replacements if desired.
