I come here on occasion for my lunch break and I always get the pineapple chicken. Typically about half the mass of the chicken is all fat and gristle that I pick off and throw in the trash...but not today! Whoever was working in the kitchen preparing the meat on tuesday 6/28 around 2pm—keep doing what you're doing! Every piece of meat was delicious!

Been eating at this L&L since 2005. Always hits the spot. Chicken Katsu plate regular size is enough for lunch and sometimes dinner lol. Good portions and the food is hot and fresh.

Great place. Friendly staff and the food is always delicious and well prepared. Unfortunately the disconnect between ordering on the app and picking up at the location us wide. Otherwise I'd give a better rating.

Hubby and i decided to come here for lunch on Saturday with the kids, as we were out and about in the shopping plaza. First of all, the floor was disgusting. My shoes would not stop sticking to it. That means that they don't clean the floor or the restaurant I'm guessing. Tables were sticky, dirty, and had buts of food or sauce on them. I had to use some napkins and water to clean ours up. The food: Hubby ordered the bbq chicken mini and I ordered a garlic chicken mini. I was really looking forward to mine. Boy was I disappointed and unhappy. My so called"garlic chicken" turned out to be chicken katsu dipped in some kind of spring roll sauce. Like the thai lumpia sweet and spicy sauce. No hint or taste of garlic anywhere on the chicken. And I guess mine doesn't qualify for the cabbage salad or whatever that's usually included. Hubby's did have his though. Hubby's BBQ chicken was pretty bland with barely any"bbq" taste to it. He even got some sauce for us to try and we were shocked. The "teriyaki sauce" tasted gross. It had this weird alcohol pad taste to it and was extremely watered down. If you've ever had watered down soy sauce you'll understand what I mean. And just like a lot of reviews showed pics of the giant pieces of skin, ours was the same. we ended up eating the chicken, some of the rice and mac salad, and tossed the rest. I guess coming from San Jose where we had excellent Hawaiian BBQ from Ono Hawaiian bbq, we've been kind of spoiled. Definitely not going back, but as we were curious to try it, we now know.
