I have worked with Shane, the owner here to get signed up about a month ago. The gym has everything I need to workout and gives me access to workout if I ever travel at other locations. Shane worked with me to make sure my needs were met and I appreciate all he has done. All in all, this has been a great experience and I look forward to working out here for years to come. The gym is clean, the equipment works good and it hasn't been to crowded when I go. Thank you Shane.

This gym is quite the gem. It is perfect for those that like a smaller gym atmosphere. I love the fact that it is open 24/7, the staff are so friendly and helpful (they don't try to sell you stuff while you're trying to work out). They have a great selection of cardio and weights as well as a stretching area. The bathrooms are single person unisex and add a nice touch of privacy for a quick after workout shower. This is a great gym if you need flexibility, convenience, friendly faces, and a motivating atmosphere. It is open 24/7 so, no excuses!

This really is a great gym. Everything is clean, fresh and in perfect working order. But the staff is what makes the difference. They are engaging, but not pushy. They go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. And they know how to train well. I go there every time I'm in Sarasota. I recommend this place to all levels from beginner to advanced
