I have been coming to OT south since Oct of 2019 & I absolutely love it. I generally see Ashley, Emily, Shakyra & Cody & they are all excellent coaches with their own styles of music & motivation. I love how the exercises are switched up constantly so you never get bored & it’s a great mix of both weights & cardio. I find that pre-booking the classes is the best way to stay on track & keeping them on your schedule as a commitment to your mind as well as body. I’ve added muscle, sleep better & in general very thankful for the overall mental positivity this gym has brought to me. Big thank you to all the coaches & staff here!!

Manager who works here is a straight up Karen. I have been to orange theory in the past and she said I had to be there 30 min early for paperwork and to tour the studio. I got there 20 min early and she wouldn't let me participate. Instead she had a horrible fake smile on her face saying I can't be there because I wasn't 30 minutes early: she never warned me Either that I wouldn't be able to attend class if I wasn't there 30 min early. She easily could've let me took the class that I already paid for but she was just SO unprofessional and rude. I will never go here because of this manager she was absolutely so rude and just it was a terrible experience. She may have lied as well saying she was the manager who knows but I will never be back

I tried Orange Theory for the first time at a 5am class! Wonderful instruction on the equipment. Walked me through everything before everyone else came in to the room. Upbeat music. Knowledgeable instructor. Varied workout--and done by 6am! Great great workout!

I’m pregnant. Can I still do the workout?

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

I have issues with (part of the body). Can I still do your workout?

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.

Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.

Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.

I believe so you just have to bring your I.D. and a form of payment since they don't have that info at the local OTF.
