I travel a lot for work so I’ve dropped in at many boxes and this is by far one of my favorites. The coaches and members were all very welcoming and helpful. The facility was also huge and well kept. If you’re looking for a place to drop in while traveling or a new gym to call home I highly recommend giving CF Lena a try.

Fantastic gym. A lot of variety in equipment and the vast area allows for adequate personal space during workouts. Owner and coaches are incredibly personable and provide excellent guidance for proper movements and alternative movements for scaling. Great camaraderie within the classes. Highly recommend.

Great Box!! We drop in here every time we are in the area. The coaches and members are very welcoming - there's a real friendly vibe. Lots of space and equipment, WODs were well programmed and coached. If we lived here this would be our regular Box for sure!
