Clean gym , courteous staff , professional environment with a huge variety of classes and group fitness that are available throughout the day and after work hours for the working class ! The service is great , location and price are awesome as well !! I found a gym home !! Lockwood Ridge in Sarasota is the best !!!

I've been a member on and off for several years and I've NEVER had this much trouble trying to cancel a membership before. I've been trying to cancel for almost close to 2 months now and it's almost impossible. I was told I could do it via phone, so I attempted that and was told it had to be in person PLUS a 30 day notice PLUS being charged for next months subscription? I do not have disposable money to be taken out of my account to be charged for a membership I have not used and will not be using. I highly suggest contacting the Better Business Bureau. I understand their staff is trying their best but I am getting the run-around and being lied to over and over again. I work in customer service and I've never been handled so difficultly before.

This place is a legit scam. They say $10 a month but will charge you $50 after 2 months. Be wary. They also don't practice safe cv19 procedure. I didn't see anyone wiping down equipment. Really sad to see them rely on typical sales tactics. Be good to yourself and join a real gym.

Front desk staff are awesome! Everything is clean/orderly and you just feel better walking into the place! ...IF your looking for a place to dance and have a drama free good time, the zumba classes are incredible!
