I stopped by today to check out the place and my level of comfort with it. Since it’s closer my place. First impression: terrible front counter person. There was a woman, I didn’t even try to see her name, and as soon as I asked her for information she pulled a guy next to her to give me the info. Just like that, I’m not sure what was her problem but she was definitely rude with terrible attitude. I contemplated for a second to get a membership, because the dude was great and the place is nice but rather not to deal with people like her so…nope!—costumer service is critical in places of SERVICE—stating the obvious but they need to know!!

This gym is incredibly clean, all the employees are friendly and helpful. I felt at home from the moment I walked in, which is awesome, and I always have room to do whatever workout I choose.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, and just an awesome atmosphere. Great equipment too. Visited the Sarasota Planet Fitness as an out of town member, and couldn't have been happier!
