Be careful here, everything is not what it seems, especially the people in charge. I almost fell big time in starting to buy an empty 2br from the man who is also maintenance. Things did not seem quite right though. I heard stories from neighbors saying he was aware of the termite problem and that he knows of the soft spots in the floors and the issues with still having some of the original plumbing and wiring (still some aluminum wire). All cupboards are original, i.e. manufactured wood, in this case from 1966. I fortunately was able to easily break the contract and found a much nicer place in a cleaner less crowded park so it has worded out.

Beautiful pool and club house. Can't wait for 55+ years old to get here. I would love to live here. Jacuzzi tub and cool cold pool.

I used to love coming to visit my dad here at this park, but since the new owners have purchased the park it has gone down hill. The new owners are more interested in selling units rather than correcting misconduct that occurs with some of the residence. I am concern for my father's safety as some of the residence are loud and intoxicated on their front lawns. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to relocate my father to another safer park. Hopefully the new owners will take corrective measures to restore the peace in the park to what it once was.

This place is great. Quiet. Beautifully manicured lawns. Just take a cruise through you will see what I mean.🙋🙋🐶 small dogs allowed.
