I'm happy to say Oakwood Manor is a very active place to live. There's so many activities that no one gets left out. It's a very Pleasant place to live. People are very friendly. I've lived here about 18 years and I've seen many changes for the better. I could go on and on about Oakwood Manor. But I tell you what drop by look us over. I'm sure you'll like us and you want to stay.

When I get to be 55 This is the place I would like to live. Great community, lots of rules but its for everyones own good. I dont like the fact you cant walk in or out because of the gate but other then that its laid back and alot of fun!

International Satellite Systems
It is an owner association so when you buy your unit you buy into the association and own a percent of the park. The monthly association fee is around $170/mo for basic cable, lawn care, property maintenance, and management.
Currently it's $145/month. We are a owner occupied park. Not rental. Each resident owns 1 share of the park.
