Worst customer service ever. Liars and the lady on the front desk is a disaster not helpful at all not even smiling or welcoming the kids. They asked us to pay 50% from the enrollment fees to avoid losing our spot while they were closing the gym to move for another location and we agreed. They didn't notify me when they were back. My kid had 3 makeup classes because of this incident and i gave them notice that i want to drop the enrollment. The man there told me the policy won't allow me to take our makeup classes if you dropped your enrollment. I told him that's fine please schedule these 3 classes during the next 2 weeks and that was on 7/16/22 till the end of July. They told me that they didn't start the makeup classes yet and he will call me to confirm the date and time. No one called me till the end of the week. On 7/23/22 i asked them why didn't anyone call me! The lady said am not responsible for this and the man didn't create the makeup schedule yet! I told her that's fine but we are running out of time, July is about to go end! How could i get all of these clases in only one week! Me and the dad working 8-5! She said we have night classes. I told her fine please leave a note to the man to call us ASAP! No one called me for another week and on 7/30/22 i was there for the last class and the lady told me that the man called you 2 times and you didn't answer!! I told her no one called me they are LIARS!!!!! Why didn't he leave me a Voice message or send me an email!!!!! I told her where is him who is going to fix this!!! She said am not responsible. AGAIN worst place ever not honest and it's all about money their. Will never ever recommend this place to anyone.

I really wanted to like this place more than I did. 3 stars is generous, and given for the nice, clean facility and the friendly staff that I've spoken to by phone and at check-in. Not to mention the fact that my daughter has been begging to do gymnastics and is really enjoying her 1 week camp. Unfortunately, this facility has not made me feel safe about sending my child to summer camp here. Covid protocols are not being followed. Every day that I have picked up my child at camp, only about half the kids have their masks on (they are mostly around their chins). There is no social distancing and I have not observed any efforts to have kids put their masks back on. I brought up my concerns to an administrative assistant (the only worker that I could find that wasn't a teenager!) and did not notice any change in behavior. I am just praying that we make it through this week of camp safely. All to say, I don't recommend this place if you care about covid safety. And if they can't handle covid safety, it makes me wonder how well they handle gymnastics safety?

I signed my kid for the AGA for Ninja Challenge camp for a week , I was thinking to give it a try and may be sign my 3 year old girl after she turns 3 , I asked for a trial class and my request got turned down because she is 1 month short of turning three. We have an emergency trip to San Diego for my aunt's medical issues and I have to take my kid out of the camp for one day and my request for a makeup class was also turned down. The staff is off and not cooperative. My kid enjoyed the camp though and had a good time, qualified coaches , I saw lots of talents there but lousy customer service.

If you’re taking your young child there for entry level gymnastics classes it’s a great experience. If you throw a birthday party there, your daughter will love it. However, if your daughter is serious about gymnastics and considering competition I urge you to look elsewhere. The people management skills, the combination of arrogance and thoughtlessness of the coaches has driven many a girl away from competition who loves the sport. Check out other gyms in OC if you’re serious about the next level.

Did you mean to ask how much they cost?? If so, it depends on how many times a week your child will be attending class. Call them or go to their website. They are fantastic. It will be hard to find coaches anywhere else that care about your kid like these coaches do..

Is this place also for boys?

There are no classes for 18+, and the open gym is for the team. I have asked for years to add adult class but no dice

Is the price reasonable?
