Found my water heater leaking on a Saturday afternoon. After much negotiation with others at home and working out plans and finances, I ended up making final arrangements at 9pm with Bill Howe. Micheal called me at 8am on Sunday morning and was at my house with a new water heater by 9:15am. Total pro and did excellent work. I am extremely happy with the result. Price is absolutely fair and came in under original quote. Updated us to a number of code items I wasn’t aware of, and did the removal and install in a speedy and clean process. No one wants to find their water heater flooding their garage, but this whole process went very smoothly. I like that the company texts you the name and contact info of the technician (along with a picture) ahead of time. Very professional and high quality. Would definitely recommend in the future.

I was very happy when I called Bill Howe plumbing and was able to get an appointment on the same day within a couple of hours, because we all know that a day or two without your sink or shower is a real inconvenience. I was even more pleased with the plumber that arrived. Asher called me 30 minutes before arriving and was very professional and very good at his job. Asher quickly fixed the problem and was also respectful of my home, he even sprayed down the shower after the clog was cleared. He said “ I wanted to clean it up so you wouldn’t have to” If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will definitely use Bill Howe plumbing and I will request Asher again. Thanks!

Chris Sullivan was excellent! He communicated well and kept me informed of how the job was going. He was very polite and courteous, and he worked very efficiently in a tight space. Chris was on time for our appointments, and he was so efficient the total cost was $100 less than the original estimate. The price was reasonable, and the work was great! I would definitely use Bill Howe again, and I’d request Chris Sullivan!

Yes we can! We can send our Restoration team to do a moisture reading before possibly opening the ceiling. (Apologies on the delayed response if you needed it done the next day.)
For standard 2" drains from the clean-out or drain, the charges start at $82.00. If it's a mainline from a clean-out it starts at $139.00. If we need to go on the roof, pull a toilet or do other things there will likely be additional charges.
