My technician was Fernando he was on time prompt and courteous. He explained everything that was wrong with our system and gave me options. We also took him up on the yearly maintenance plan which includes 4 visits per year to maintain 3 systems What a great value to exchange your systems I would recommend Anderson heating and plumbing to all. We had Anderson Plumbing install a new heater and AC system. The team of three men arrived on time with a 30 minute advance phone call. They were true professionals and represented Anderson extremely well. They worded as a team for the entire time, about 8 hours. They kept my wife and me well informed as to what they were doing and their progress. Poly, Oscar, and Bryan are outstanding employees and representatives for Anderson Plumbing. We would highly recommend this company and their outstanding employees. Oh yes, our initial contact with Anderson was with Angie one of their HVAC Design Consultants. These 4 members of the Anderson team are an outstanding group with which to work and they represent Anderson outstandingly. There is no question that any future plumbing problems or concerns we will use Anderson again.

This company is amazing! I called and scheduled an appointment, they were able to come to my house the next day. I got a text when they were 30 minutes away, letting me know that they were on their way. The plumber was extremely nice and professional. He completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely be calling Anderson plumbing, heating and air when I need any other service done. 10/10

We recently had Anderson Plumbing come out to repair our pipes, but they ended up working on a section of piping that was not agreed upon. The technicians that came to actually repair the pipes were extremely helpful and communicated with us the entire time. They were frustrated because they were told to do the wrong job. They told us when they found out they were working on the incorrect portion of pipe. They went under the house to double check, and they also tried to call Bryan multiple times to figure out what went wrong. But Bryan did not answer any calls that were made. The section of pipe that needed the repair did not get touched, and our pipes in our bathroom are still backing up. Bryan Castaneda has been working with us since the beginning of the process and has been hostile with us each time we try to speak with him saying that we should be charged more for the work that was done. He also made false claims that he was on site for the repair, which he was not. He came to our house multiple times while we were not home, which would be fine if he had given us notice. He did not give us notice so my fiancee (the one who has been in contact with Anderson throughout the whole project) and myself were out at work. Bryan ended up marking the wrong area for the technicians to work on which led to the incorrect job being done. We have called and talked to Bryan and he has been rude and unreasonable each time. He was rude to the property owners (who live out of town and do not know all of the details of the project) and he has been rude to my fiancee when she called to address the issue. He would not listen to us about what was wrong, instead he just insisted that the problem was fixed because they lined the pipes. They lined the incorrect portion of piping so our bathroom is still backing up. He also threatened to raise the price on our initial contract because of his mistake. Our issue is with Bryan, not the other people at Anderson Plumbing. He has been rude and unreasonable to talk to. Everyone else has been helpful. But we will never work with them again because of him.

They are really great. When I need a new furnace I went on line and they were here on a Sunday morning and they installed on Monday morning. They are honest and give you a great price. I had the money to pay for it in cash.

Before our team arrives to do a repipe, we ask that you clear spaces around and under sinks, water heaters, washing machines and counter top areas. We place plastic around work areas to maintain a clean environment; clearing these areas helps us leave your home as tidy as it was before.
We are happy to send the technician of your choice to your home but depending on his or her availability their arrival time could vary.
