My wife daughter and I dined at Chianti on Thursday, which was our first visit in a few years. My, what a wonderful improvement in the quality of the food. Since it was ravioli night my daughter tried the ravioli with short rib, which she described as wonderful. Previously we had ordered the bruschetta, which the three of us shared. The balsamic reduction on the flatbread was wonderful. My wife's ordered the lamb chops which were done to perfection. Fortunately, she could not finish all of the chops, so I had to assist and found them delicious. I had the fillet of sole which was as good as it gets. The saute with the cherry tomatoes garlic olives and capers ranks with one of the best sauces I've tasted. Congratulations to Chianti for providing such a wonderful evening. Thank you

This place is AH MAZ ING. The food is fabulous and authentic. Great wine selections. And the staff is professional and knows what their doing. Mike was wonderful, opening early for our funeral luncheon. We definitely will make a special trip just to come back here!
