In a world where malls are failing UTC has it figured out somehow. They focus on both indoor and outdoor events constantly driving traffic to the mall. It’s very clean and family friendly. I wish the indoor kids play area would expand. It is one of the few indoor things to do in the area for parents with small kids all day. The initial visit is stunning. It’s just a beautiful building inside and out. You’ll absolutely enjoy your visit

Love the kids play area but please be sure your overnight cleaning crew fills the hand sanitizer container as a standard part of their cleaning.. was empty at 10 a.m. today and still empty when I left at 11:30 a.m. (after I saw a security guard ask a cleaning person to fill it no less!). I will try to assume the play area was in fact cleaned overnight? This may seem minor but is critically important to parents.

What a great place... live music, awesome atmosphere, so refreshing to see a mall thriving in these challenging times. Sparkling clean, great selection of retailers too. Disappointed about no food court, however, there are several restaurants connected to the mall ( we are at Brio... awesome) and tons of eating opportunities all around the mall. And of course there's an Annie's Pretzels, Fields Cookies I believe a Starbucks scattered inside the mall.
