One of the best marinas around. Organized, great customer service

Casual views of the Manatee river while you sip a cold one and have a bite to eat. I loved their jambalaya!

The marina staff here are super nice, and the sunset view down the river is the next best thing to watching it on the beach. The docks are in desperate need of replacement and/or upgrading, unless splinters are your thing. They do have plans to clean up the marina and make the needed renovations, so that's a plus. Lots of ugly and dirty boats that never leave the dock, and probably can't under their own power.

Freedom Boat Club off Shore Training was great with student Preston Miller and teacher Captain Clay Watson.

I pay around $1100 including electric garbage & pump out. For a 43' Wellcraft I can still recommend this marina. Good people great accommodations (showers laundry workout room & captains lounge) 2 nice restaurants. Convenient to stores and access to the gulf. (Post pandemic edit).
There is a boat launch right beside the marine owned by the city. I do not know if there is a fee or not
Yes they do.
Not sure you can call the dock master I know that built new slips out front by the restaurant
Yes sir they do.
Not 100% sure, but think for the most part residents here live aboard themselves or use their boats on weekends. Might want to check the marina across the river to. It is called Twin Dolphins Marina.
Don't know call them
There is live aboard available here
That is not a question for the community if you have a question please ask it
The Marina itself don't have rentals. Some of the Private owners that dock there rent their and Freedom Boat. There is a chapel boat that is rented. Beautiful boat. Once was a wedding chapel. Someone bought it for rental purposes.
Yes they are cruiser friendly. Believe part is city owned, or perhaps the whole Marina and leased by Regatta Point. They do have 2 restaurants, ships store, and a few other shops such as beauty shop. Walkable to a Publix Groceries. CVS, Walgreens etc.
