Considering a 40' to 50' boat to live on permanently. What would the cost be per month to dock here? Very new to boating. This would be our 1st boat and retirement home. Thank you. Need some excitement in our lives!!!

I pay around $1100 including electric garbage & pump out. For a 43' Wellcraft I can still recommend this marina. Good people great accommodations (showers laundry workout room & captains lounge) 2 nice restaurants. Convenient to stores and access to the gulf. (Post pandemic edit).

Spend a couple days each week on our boat. Nicest most helpful people on A dock.were first time boat owners. And it's been a great experience. We have a 42foot if you live on it bigger is better for sure. Good luck!
