There is a sign that says no taller then 42 inch its for smaller kids but parents dont respect the signs or small child

As a parent of a tall child, don't be so quick to judge or label. IMO, as long as the bigger kid is being respectful and mindful of the littles with whom they are sharing the space.. then what's the harm of letting them play - just like every other kid?

Best you can do is approach the information desk behind the indoor fountain to propose a complaint. I would bet they would dispatch a security officer to address the situation with the parent of the larger child.
