Lived there for 7 months (just moved out bc of the following issues) and im not for bashing places but i had problems from week one with the plumbing. Kitchen was the first problem and the sink wouldnt drain and once it was finally fixed after 3 months, my bathroom toilet and shower would clog up for no reason. After four months of dealing with that and it continually getting worse and multiple plumber/ maintenance visits, i had to stay at my parents bc it was in unlivable conditions. Not being there a week made the whole situation even worse somehow. Through all of this i work 27 hours and go to school for 35, this made life hell and i got no kinds of reimbursments for these issues that i had no hand in causing over the 7 months. All in all dont get a middle apartment on the first floor of this place. Personally would never recommend someone here.

I've been living here for about 2 months now and the new management has been trying their hardest to fix and maintain everything. The old managers before were in fact, 'slum lords' . My boyfriend has lived here for over a year and claims the most work that has been done was within the past few months , agreeing that the new management is great!
