By far the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Been here several times with extensive waits but tonight exceeded waiting. Waited over an hour for 2 items because they were in a hurry to get Doordarsh orders out before customers that were physically in the store. Refused to give refunds so had to wait or be out the money paid.

Hot Mess

Looks like this location is going downhill again. It had improved for awhile but now they are being lazy. I did an order through the app for pickup at the counter. When I got there the doors were locked with a note to go through the drive thru. I tried to cancel the order but it was too late so I had to go through the drive through line. When I got my order the bag was not sealed like it should have been. They didn't include any of the sauces on the order and 2 of the items were wrong, which means I paid extra and then wasn't even able to eat them. I was in a rush (the whole reason I ordered on the app) so I couldn't go back and get it fixed so I'm just out the $5.

I’m not one to leave reviews but putting this out there in case corporate cares. I’m not sure if it’s the actual owners/managers or just the employees but this location is almost always closed or “down” late night. The workers either tell you they are “out” of whatever it is you want, tell you their system is “down”, they have to unload their truck and can’t take orders or best of all they simply put a cone in their drive thru entrance. Not too many options when you get off work late at night so from experience this has been ongoing for months and at least twice these last two weeks. Can’t imagine how much money they lose shutting down for hours they are usually open. If corporate is aware of this, update your hours at least.
