WARNING: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY!!!! The self-serve bays are abhorrent! Every single option is mislabeled and pretty much squirts out the same thing regardless of where you dial the selector. There's also no high-pressure rinse and the lights are always broken. The bays are all caked in mysterious black gunk that you'll inevitably use your own money to rinse towards the drain; of course it takes a long time because there's no high-pressure rinse option. I'm unsure how this place stays in business. Like, really really unsure.

How does this car wash even stay in business? Both wash lanes closed and the quarter acceptor is jammed in the bays. What a waste of time.

Water pressure very low on manual sprayer, and the automatic wash took my money, did not give a receipt when I pushed the button, then told me to deposit money to enter. When I entered trying to get it to work, it chewed up my wheel. The phone number on Google doesn't work. Good luck if you come here!

There is a mail box on the building and instructions regarding any issues you encounter...that says to just leave a note with your contact information and the issue you had, and they will contact you to try and make things right.
There should be a sign at the entrance of the auto wash with instructions to report damages, and the few things they're not responsible for. I use the self wash there, because you're right, the auto wash doesn't do more than remove some surface dirt.
