Prepare for a long wait in an overcrowded and stinking lobby. I checked in today at 11AM and was told they would call my phone to alert me when my dog was ready to be seen since I opted to wait outside. I waited outside in my car because there is no place inside to sit. They didn’t call in two hours. After checking back in with their desk they told me they called for my dog in the lobby and then skipped him. I would’ve been waiting in my car all day since no one bothered to call me. I’ve been here now waiting for over two and a half hours. I understand you all are busy, but figure out a better process. Or don’t offer to call someone’s phone if you cannot or won’t remember to do so. It’s a complete mess here, disgusting, and a complete waste of my time.

Planned pet-hood of westly chapel. I have had 3 cats, and now one dog spayed and neutered there! Amazing recovery. (Didn’t buy a cone or pain meds) and the animals recovered amazing. One thing I don’t like, is if you take your animals to have nail trims, they make you hold the animal. Iv have been to places like pet supplies plus and others that have healthier, less scarier ways of trimming nails.

The experience was very Pleasant the receptionist was very kind, the doctor and his assistants was very professional and handled my puppy with great care. I was please because it was my first visit to a veterinarian in about 9 years and I felt very comfortable with the staff I am happy to have to have found planned Pethood Wesley Chapel.

If there could be 10 stars we would give it. There are no words to thank the entire office for their concern and compassion of our 13 yr old Yorkie, Hercules. They saved his life from negligent care of the Vet Emergency Group at Bearrs, who forgot to give our baby his antibiotics for 4days!! Planned Pethood acted quickly and walked us through every step to help our baby recover. It is so heartwarming to see individuals who do their jobs because they actually love the animals not just to milk the pet parents out of as much money possible. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!!!
